Solar Energy

The HomePower 2 backup battery power station can be charged directly from our SolarPower 2 all-weather portable solar panels in as little as three hours! The built-in Maximum-Power Point Tracking (MPPT) charge controller enables the fastest and most efficient recharge possible. Easily set up the solar panels in the sunniest part of your yard and adjust the kickstand to create a 90-degree angle. Plug the panels into HomePower 2, and let the sun do the work! The panels will absorb the sun’s rays and convert them into energy that can be stored in the backup battery of the HomePower 2.

AC Outlet

In cloudy or wet weather, you won’t be able to recharge your power station with help from the SolarPower 2. Instead, you can simply plug the HomePower 2 into any AC outlet in your home. Charging the power station from an AC wall outlet will provide a fully charged battery in as little as two hours!

Car Port

If you’re still experiencing a power outage and there is no sun to charge your power station, you can also charge the HomePower from a carport in your vehicle. This method takes the longest charge time of up to nine hours. We recommend using this method only as a last resort when all other charging methods are inaccessible.
